Quick post... do any of you sisters here in Cairo have a GREAT, reliable English/Math tutor? I would like to hire one ASAP for my kids who will be 3 and 5. I believe in being proactive and I'm not in the place to devote much time to them right now (meaning being totally consistant with everything) with all I have going on in this house! They'll both start school in the fall and I like to be ahead of the game.... especially since the educational system here in this country is lacking greatly. I've heard many, many wonderful things about the school they'll attend but I need to know they'll at least to "up to snuff" with their classmates. I brought alot of workbooks with me from New York but I don't want to start to stop... because of stuff coming up and the likes, ya know what I mean? And with my Little Papi who requires a great deal of time, I know a tutor would do them better justice than me at this point! And I feel with someone else in the house, they'll pay closer attention than with me.
I'm looking for someone as soon as 2 weeks to start- I'm finishing up my house and I need to go away for a breather before the hubby arrives... so we're looking for someone twice to three times a week indefinitely... I will ask some of the many sisters here but I wanted to get the word out there.... let me know!

Wa alaikum assalaam... yeah, I know I've been crazy busy since arrival but Alhumdulillah, everything is JUST about finished and I can relax before the "big event".
Haven't had the chance to read ur blog as of late, sorry for the neglect but when I'm done it'll be business as usual.... hope you and your family are doing well.
Actually, I found one! I called one of the sisters and she informed me that the school I initially saw 2 years ago to enroll my daughter in, the owner as a program which she has loads of tutors, MashaAllah... we spoke and I told my needs and she's going to devise a schedule for them both and get back to me so they'll be ready for school, InshaAllah.
Love ya!!!
thats cool sister, i hope that they..the tutors... are as efficient as they sound, you dont really want to raed my blog, when you are pregnant you should be doing happy things, reading happy things, so steer clear of it until after birth....just missed you, wrting on your own blog as well. thanks for your email address by the way. im sorry ive not been able to write but its hard with timings.

Queen- yes, I do need to read ur blog... I like to know what's going on with you it's just time doesn't permit me right now- all I have is about 5 minutes to log in, respond to comments and that's it!!!
You can email me anytime... whenever I log in (usually in the wee hours of the AM) I can check it out.
Yeah, what's with the "submoo"? Your secret identity??? ;)
ah here we go, madam Anisa in the land of wilderness, so call Cairo with the crazy people behind the wheels and many more,finally..;p
ipv6- lol.... ur funny! I have no words left in my vocabulary to describe these "people". Just trying to live a day at a time without going "Michael Douglas- Falling Down" on everyone... (hee hee) :)
So did you find a tutor yet?
I hope you find a native English Speaker for the English part! I got this tutor once for my kids who was supposedly a teacher but his spelling was terrible - my older son kept having to tell him what the right spelling was.
why didn't u tell me u needed a tutor! I have my degree in Early Childhood Education!
Umm Imran- Well, one hasn't started yet- she is supposed to come by on Sunday so we'll see. She is going to use phonics (jolly phonics) to get her going....
We can STILL talk about it- send me your mobile and I'll call you!
salam sis...if you have the time then you have been tagged check my blog out for more info
